2. The facility shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the user or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service.

   1. (2) when the modification of these Terms and Conditions is compatible with the general interest of the User; or

(iii) the modification of these Terms of Use is not contrary to the purpose of the agreement for use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”); and (ii) the modification is not contrary to the purpose of this Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Agreement”) and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the modification, reasonableness of the modified content, and other circumstances pertaining to the modification.
2. User’s use of the Service after any modification of these Terms of Use shall be deemed to constitute User’s agreement to such modification of these Terms of Use.

The facility shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of this service in accordance with the facility’s “Privacy Policy”.

The User may not assign its position under the User Agreement or its rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to a third party or offer them as security without the prior written consent of the Facility.

1. The facility shall not be liable for any and all damages caused by the user’s inability to use the service.
2. In the event that a user causes damage to a third party through the use of this service, the user shall settle the matter at the user’s own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any trouble to the facility, except in cases where the damage is attributable to the facility.
3. The user shall bear the costs related to the installation of equipment and communication devices necessary for the user to use the Service, as well as telephone charges, LAN and other usage fees and application fees required for the use of the Service.
4. Users shall use the following recommended browsers to use this service. The facility shall not be responsible for any problems caused by the use of browsers other than those recommended by the facility, nor shall the facility accept any questions.

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service (including court mediation procedures), the Saitama District Court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the Facility shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The Saitama District Court, which has jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the facility, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with this service (including court mediation procedures).
